What We Do

AI Biz Guide covers practical AI tools for US small business owners — the people running restaurants, auto shops, law firms, salons, farms, trucking companies, and every other business category in between.

We write guides that answer the questions small business owners are actually asking: Which AI tools are worth paying for? How do I use ChatGPT for my business? Is AI bookkeeping good enough, or do I still need a CPA? How much should I budget for AI tools on $300K in revenue?

We're not covering AI for enterprise. We're not writing think pieces about the future of AGI. We cover practical tools that save real business owners time and money today.

How We Evaluate Tools

Every tool we cover is evaluated on the same criteria:

Does it actually work? We focus on tools with documented performance, not just marketing claims.
Is it affordable for small businesses? We prioritize tools accessible to businesses doing $100K–$5M in annual revenue.
Is it practical to implement? A tool that requires a six-week implementation isn't useful for a two-person shop.
Does it have real ROI? We include cost estimates and realistic return expectations wherever we can find reliable data.

We also tell you when tools don't deliver on their promises, when the free tier is genuinely good enough, and when a human is still the better choice.
